You can cancel your order before shipment by emailing support@pokepraise.com with your order number and the Subject Title "CANCELLATION REQUEST"
Note: All cancellations are subject to a 6% fee to cover payment processing costs. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If your order qualifies under the 14-day cooling-off period and you return the item in the required condition, subject to our discretion, you are entitled to a full refund (minus any direct costs of return delivery if applicable).
If your order includes a Pre-Order item, your entire order will ship when the Pre-Order is released. If you want in-stock items sooner, order them separately.
