If your order includes a Pre-Order item, your entire order will ship when the Pre-Order is released. If you want in-stock items sooner, order them separately.

We do not split orders or offer partial cancellations.

Orders can be cancelled before shipment by emailing the Subject Title "CANCELLATION REQUEST" support@pokepraise.com. All cancellations are subject to a 6% fee to cover processing costs.
